There are no words to say how blessed I am to have met Fred, Jifunza and Akim and to have witnessed and participated in their journey through time and space over the past three years. Their story is one for all of us to take note. We are seeing our future unfold with grace and beauty through their eyes, hands and spirit as they nurture an entire community in Chicago and Pembroke.
Best example of what a city has to offer to all our Rust Belt cities. Carole Walsh, Urban Farming Initiative, Pittsburgh, Pa.
